SOP : How to share printer in network

v Purpose

This procedure is use to share printer in network with properly

v Scope

This instructions is applied to man who parctice in networking

v Instructions

1. Preparing equipments and materials.

2. Make sure the pc and printer was turned on.

3. Next go to control panel . klik start -> device and printers

4. Right click in printer which want to share.

5. Choose tab sharing appear in teh box.

6. Choose and klik sharing . checklist in box “share this printer”

7. Klik ok or apply

v Monitoring

1.   The user must be followed the procedure

2.   Before sharing, the printer and pc is function and can connected to network

v Correction

If the printer can share , you will see the icon man / handman in teh your printer . if not check connections to network and check the usb printer must be plug in the pc

v Verrification and record keeping

If you was finish this activity, you must fill the record book of use equipment . and this record is less for 6 monts .
